The National Antenna Test Range is managed and operated by Gerotek Test Facilities which is part of the Armscor Defence Institutes (Pty) Ltd. Gerotek Test Facilities also manages and operates a Vehicle Test Range and an Environmental Laboratory at their facilities 85 km east of Pretoria.
